場所：大阪大学豊中キャンパス文法経本館1階多目的室講師：金熙珍（きむひじん）（東北大学大学院経済学研究科准教授) 題目：製品開発機能のグローバル展開と逆駐在員の有効性要旨：本報告では、「世界中に分散されたイノベーションのネットワーク」として多国籍企業を捉え、製品開発機能がグローバル化される現象に着目する。現地開発はなぜ必要となり、どのような条件のもとで育つのだろうか。本社と海外子会社の間における円滑な知識移転と多国籍企業ネットワーク内における新たな知識創造のために、国境を超えた人の移動（駐在員・逆駐在員）をどうマネジメントすべきか。このような疑問に対して日本企業を対象に行ってきたフィールドワークの内容を紹介する。
